Surrey, White Rock, and North Delta Real Estate Market Statistics – November 2017

Here are the latest real estate market statistics from Macdonald Realty on Surrey, White Rock, and North Delta listings and sales in November 2017.

North Surrey

In November 2017, there were 62 sales of detached homes and 271 active listings in North Surrey. The benchmark sale price was $941,800.

The condo market had 173 sales and 184 active listings at the end of the month.  The benchmark sale price was $362,000.

In comparison, townhome sales were 30, active listings were 36 and the benchmark sale price was $524,000.

It’s a seller’s market for condos and townhomes.

Surrey – Central

In the Surrey – Central market, there were 125 sales of detached homes and 527 active listings at the end of the month.  The benchmark sale price was $1,012,700.

In comparison, the condo market had 36 sales, 31 active listings, and the benchmark sale price was $371,900.

Townhome market featured 111 sales, 153 active listings and a $541,000 benchmark sale price.

It’s a seller’s market for condos and townhomes.

White Rock/South Surrey

There were 73 sales, 569 active listings, and a $1,467,700 benchmark sale price for detached homes in the White Rock/South Surrey market.

The condo market featured 67 sales, 110 active listings and a benchmark sale price of $478,600 at the end of the month.

In comparison, townhome sales were 70, active listings were 153 and the benchmark sale price was $642,600.

It’s a seller’s market for condos and townhomes.

North Delta

In the North Delta market, the benchmark sale price was $914,900 for detached homes. At the end of the month, there were 139 active listings and 52 sales.

The condo market had 10 sales and 14 active listings. The benchmark sale price was $348,100.

Townhomes featured 7 sales, 17 active listings and a $564,100 benchmark sale price.

It’s a seller’s market in North Delta for all product types.
