Surrey, White Rock, and North Delta Real Estate Market Statistics – October 2017

Here are the latest real estate market statistics from Macdonald Realty on Surrey, White Rock, and North Delta listings and sales in October 2017.

North Surrey

In October 2017, there were 64 sales of detached homes and 288 active listings in North Surrey. The benchmark sale price was $946,700.

The condo market had 197 sales and 197 active listings at the end of the month.  The benchmark sale price was $354,800.

In comparison, townhome sales were 30, active listings were 41 and the benchmark sale price was $510,600.

It’s a seller’s market for condos and townhomes.

Surrey – Central

In the Surrey – Central market, there were 117 sales of detached homes and 546 active listings at the end of the month.  The benchmark sale price was $1,006,000.

In comparison, the condo market had 56 sales, 37 active listings, and the benchmark sale price was $364,200.

Townhome market featured 101 sales, 158 active listings and a $540,300 benchmark sale price.

It’s a seller’s market for condos and townhomes.

White Rock/South Surrey

There were 63 sales, 609 active listings, and a $1,489,600 benchmark sale price for detached homes in the White Rock/South Surrey market.

The condo market featured 72 sales, 126 active listings and a benchmark sale price of $470,100 at the end of the month.

In comparison, townhome sales were 65, active listings were 169 and the benchmark sale price was $648,000.

It’s a seller’s market for condos and townhomes.

In the North Delta market, the benchmark sale price was $921,400 for detached homes. At the end of the month, there were 157 active listings and 37 sales.

The condo market had 9 sales and 20 active listings. The benchmark sale price was $345,100.

Townhomes featured 6 sales, 21 active listings and a $579,300 benchmark sale price.
