Surrey, White Rock, and North Delta Real Estate Market Statistics – September 2017

Here are the latest real estate market statistics from Macdonald Realty on Surrey, White Rock, and North Delta listings and sales in September 2017.

North Surrey

In September 2017, there were 49 sales of detached homes and 324 active listings in North Surrey. The benchmark sale price was $939,000.

The condo market had 150 sales and 252 active listings at the end of the month.  The benchmark sale price was $344,000.

In comparison, townhome sales were 32, active listings were 48 and the benchmark sale price was $507,900.

It’s a seller’s market for condos and townhomes.

Surrey – Central

In the Surrey – Central market, there were 115 sales of detached homes and 592 active listings at the end of the month.  The benchmark sale price was $999,600.

In comparison, the condo market had 48 sales, 53 active listings, and the benchmark sale price was $350,900.

Townhome market featured 113 sales, 185 active listings and a $534,000 benchmark sale price.

It’s a seller’s market for condos and townhomes.

White Rock/South Surrey

There were 81 sales, 643 active listings, and a $1,514,200 benchmark sale price for detached homes in the White Rock/South Surrey market.

The condo market featured 57 sales, 144 active listings and a benchmark sale price of $462,100 at the end of the month.

In comparison, townhome sales were 48, active listings were 162 and the benchmark sale price was $652,800.

It’s a seller’s market for condos and townhomes.

North Delta

In the North Delta market, the benchmark sale price was $922,100 for detached homes. At the end of the month, there were 161 active listings and 44 sales.

The condo market had 11 sales and 23 active listings. The benchmark sale price was $333,100.

Townhomes featured 10 sales, 18 active listings and a $574,600 benchmark sale price.

It’s a seller’s market for all product types.
