Surrey, White Rock, and North Delta Real Estate Market Statistics – June 2017

Here are the latest real estate market statistics from Macdonald Realty on Surrey, White Rock, and North Delta listings and sales in June 2017.

North Surrey

In June 2017, there were 118 sales of detached homes and 305 active listings in North Surrey. The benchmark sale price was $882,600.

The condo market had 199 sales and 178 active listings at the end of the month.  The benchmark sale price was $311,900.

In comparison, townhome sales were 45, active listings were 44 and the benchmark sale price was $468,400.

It’s a seller’s market in North Surrey.

Surrey – Central

In the Surrey – Central market, there were 221 sales of detached homes and 513 active listings at the end of the month.  The benchmark sale price was $960,900.

In comparison, the condo market had 64 sales, 53 active listings, and the benchmark sale price was $327,100.

Townhome market featured 154 sales, 185 active listings and a $492,800 benchmark sale price.

It’s a seller’s market in Surrey Central.

White Rock/South Surrey

There were 120 sales, 623 active listings, and a $1,493,300 benchmark sale price for detached homes in the White Rock/South Surrey market.

The condo market featured 99 sales, 144 active listings and a benchmark sale price of $420,200 at the end of the month.

In comparison, townhome sales were 86, active listings were 129 and the benchmark sale price was $619,000.

It’s a seller’s market for condos and townhomes.

North Delta

In the North Delta market, the benchmark sale price was $877,600 for detached homes. At the end of the month, there were 173 active listings and 68 sales.

The condo market had 4 sales and 18 active listings. The benchmark sale price was $309,900.

Townhomes featured 8 sales, 22 active listings and a $553,800 benchmark sale price.

It’s a seller’s market for houses and townhomes.
