Surrey, White Rock, and North Delta Real Estate Market Statistics – May 2017

Here are the latest real estate market statistics from Macdonald Realty on Surrey, White Rock, and North Delta listings and sales in May 2017.

North Surrey

In May 2017, there were 119 sales of detached homes and 294 active listings in North Surrey. The benchmark sale price was $866,200.

The condo market had 164 sales and 193 active listings at the end of the month.  The benchmark sale price was $276,600.

In comparison, townhome sales were 32, active listings were 45 and the benchmark sale price was $389,800.

It’s a seller’s market in North Surrey.


Surrey – Central

In the Surrey – Central market, there were 247 sales of detached homes and 455 active listings at the end of the month.  The benchmark sale price was $930,500.

In comparison, the condo market had 55 sales, 52 active listings, and the benchmark sale price was $284,300.

Townhome market featured 177 sales, 153 active listings and a $484,700 benchmark sale price.

It’s a seller’s market in Surrey Central.


White Rock/South Surrey

There were 166 sales, 563 active listings, and a $1,496,300 benchmark sale price for detached homes in the White Rock/South Surrey market.

The condo market featured 94 sales, 130 active listings and a benchmark sale price of $363,700 at the end of the month.

In comparison, townhome sales were 92, active listings were 126 and the benchmark sale price was $614,000.

It’s a seller’s market in White Rock/South Surrey.




North Delta

In the North Delta market, the benchmark sale price was $869,700 for detached homes. At the end of the month, there were 151 active listings and 91 sales.

The condo market had 14 sales and 5 active listings. The benchmark sale price was $238,700.

Townhomes featured 12 sales, 13 active listings and a $543,700 benchmark sale price.

It’s a seller’s market in North Delta.
