Surrey, White Rock, and North Delta Real Estate Market Statistics – April 2017

Here are the latest real estate market statistics from Macdonald Realty on North Delta, Surrey, and White Rock listings and sales in April 2017.

North Delta

In the North Delta market, the benchmark sale price was $844,300 for detached homes. At the end of April, there were 123 active listings and 71 sales.

The condo market had 6 sales and 13 active listings. The benchmark sale price was $230,300.

Townhomes featured 10 sales, 9 active listings and a $509,900 benchmark sale price.

It’s a seller’s market in North Delta.


North Surrey

In April 2017, there were 123 sales of detached homes and 260 active listings in North Surrey. The benchmark sale price was $841,100.

The condo market had 164 sales and 156 active listings at the end of the month.  The benchmark sale price was $264,000.

In comparison, townhome sales were 33, active listings were 40 and the benchmark sale price was $381,100.

It’s a seller’s market in North Surrey.


Surrey – Central

In the Surrey – Central market, there were 200 sales of detached homes and 400 active listings at the end of the month.  The benchmark sale price was $899,800.

In comparison, the condo market had 52 sales, 57 active listings, and the benchmark sale price was $271,800.

Townhome market featured 133 sales, 156 active listings and a $468,500 benchmark sale price.

It’s a seller’s market in Surrey Central.


White Rock/South Surrey

There were 129 sales, 512 active listings, and a $1,466,700 benchmark sale price for detached homes in the White Rock/South Surrey market.

The condo market featured 86 sales, 129 active listings and a benchmark sale price of $362,100 at the end of the month.

In comparison, townhome sales were 66, active listings were 121 and the benchmark sale price was $604,400.

It’s a seller’s market in White Rock/South Surrey.
